Advance Payment
A tentative advance payment of 50% of the total product price is required at the time of booking. If the booking is confirmed as requested, any cancellation due to a change in the travel plan will be subject to cancellation penalties. Some products may require a 100% advance due to strict terms and penalties imposed by the supplier. Please note that an advance payment does not guarantee booking confirmation; bookings are subject to approval by the service provider. If your booking cannot be confirmed and you decide not to adjust your travel plans, your deposit will be fully refunded within 15 working days through the original payment method.

Final Payment
If the initial advance payment is 50%, the full remaining payment is due once the booking is confirmed by the supplier. Failure to make the final payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit. If reservations are made less than 14 days before the activity or product start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations, Refunds & Booking Changes

Guest Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@drhospitalityandleisure.com. An administrative fee will apply for any cancellations. The following cancellation charges apply:

If a customer cancels after the booking has commenced, there will be no refund for missed tours, meals, activities, or other parts of the package.

Any amendment to a confirmed booking (including changes to the tour date or itinerary within 7 days of the tour) will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same charges.

Non-fulfillment
Due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, sickness, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), some activities may be delayed or canceled. In such cases, we may offer a refund or partial refund at our discretion or that of the supplier. We will notify the customer as soon as we are informed of the cancellation. However, an administrative fee may still apply. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 3 months, depending on the policies of third-party entities such as banks, hotels, or suppliers. To the maximum extent allowed by law, go2andaman.com is not responsible for any loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death that you or others may experience during the activities or in connection with the contract. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance. Personal belongings are your sole responsibility at all times.

Ferry Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that the balance for ferry services must be settled within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email with ticket details.

Makruzz:

48 hours before sailing: INR 250 charge

48-24 hours before sailing: 50% of the ticket price

Within 24 hours of sailing: No refund

Green Ocean:

48 hours before sailing: INR 250 charge

48-24 hours before departure: 50% of the ticket price

Within 24 hours of departure: No refund

Nautika & Nautika Lite:

48 hours before sailing: INR 250 charge

48-24 hours before departure: 50% of the ticket price

Within 24 hours of departure: No refund

HSC Aashi:

48 hours before sailing: INR 250 charge

48-24 hours before departure: 50% of the ticket price

Within 24 hours of departure: No refund

ITT Majestic:

48 hours before sailing: INR 250 charge

48-24 hours before departure: 50% of the ticket price

Within 24 hours of departure: No refund

Rescheduling or Changes by the Guest
If a change is requested 48 hours before sailing (such as rescheduling or upgrading), a fee of INR 150 will apply.

48-24 hours before departure: 50% of the ticket price

Within 24 hours of departure: Full ticket amount

If the sailing is canceled due to bad weather, technical issues, or other factors outside the ferry operator’s control, passengers will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward future bookings for the same value.

Important Information:

Ferry operators may cancel or adjust the sailing schedule for official reasons.

If you cancel before making the final payment, the token amount paid will be considered a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
